Inteleos functions under policies intended to demonstrate impartiality, high ethical standards, and validity of its certification assessments. Inteleos does not restrict Applicants, Candidates, or becoming a Registrant based on limiting conditions, such as membership of an association or professional society of any organization. Inteleos will not unfairly impede or inhibit access to its certification to Applicants, Candidates or Registrants who meet our stated policies regarding qualification requirements, renewal requirements and/or passing Inteleos’ psychometrically sound certification assessments.

Examples of how Inteleos or Intellectual Property may be used with written pre-approval:
a) Joint or cross-promotional content
b) Approved exam preparation or educational materials
Information about Inteleos examination content is also intellectual property and cannot be shared, communicated, or distributed in any forum.

Intellectual Property (IP) Infringements
Intellectual Property (IP) includes any trademark, logo, or other Inteleos, owned property, or materials.
An IP infringement is the unauthorized use of trademark, logo, or other Inteleos owned property or materials likely to cause confusion or deception.
The Compliance Department administratively investigates all IP infringements. If you know of or suspect that an IP infringement has occurred, please contact the Compliance Department through the Contact Us page or email Compliance@Inteleos.org.
